Workbook installs, but does not start up

If you are satisfied that the installation has proceeded fully but Workbook will not start up, the best is to completely uninstall Workbook and remove any traces of it from the computer, and then reinstall using the current version.

Is customer using the latest version of the installer?

-          NO: ask customer to upgrade so they can access latest version (we cannot provide support for earlier versions).   See Support Subscriptions for more information on how support subscriptions for Workbook function.

If their support subscription has expired, customer will need to renew it by entering their Customer Key at http://update.xorro.com.

-          YES, customer is using the latest version of the software:

o   Uninstall completely, by following instructions in:
Removing Workbook completely from your computer

o   Reinstall Workbook (or its derivative) using the latest version from http://update.xorro.com.
