Is customer using the latest version of the installer?
- NO: ask customer to upgrade so they can access latest version (we cannot provide support for earlier versions).
If their support subscription has expired, customer will need to renew it by entering their Customer Key at http://update.xorro.com.
- YES:
o Try removing all traces of previous versions, by following instructions in: Removing Workbook completely from your computer
o If the problem still occurs after following the above steps, gather the following data and email to support@xorro.com for assistance:
